- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst experience i have ever had with a doctor! First off my appointment was at 10:30 and was not seen for until 12:30 which by the way their lunch begins at 12:00! I have no problem waiting for two hours to see a doctor as long as he is going to give me the time of day, not just rush me off because he has lunch to eat. I waited in the waiting room for one hour, finally i was called to the back and was told he would be right in. WRONG! I waited another hour and realized the office began to grow quieter and quieter. I have no idea if they forgot about me or what but there is no excuse to leave a patient waiting that long and then rush through the appointment. I gave you my time out of my day so i expect some of yours in return, especially since i'm paying for that time!!! They had completely shut down the whole office and i was needed to be escorted out because everything was locked up. Not only was my experience with Dr. Alvarez horrible the nurses were so unprofessional. I understand your lunch has already started but while there is a patient still in the building and standing at the desk, its probably not the time to be gossiping about the other nurses you cant stand! This all occurred Monday, I called today to ask for some kind of pain reliever and specifically told the nurse i can not take NSAID's. She calls me back to inform me she sent the prescription to my pharmacy, i once again asked this does not have NSAID's in it correct? She proceeds to tell me no it does not. I call my pharmacy to double check, what is this medicine?? It indeed is an NSAID!! I am appalled by the way this office is run! I will not be returning and will have to start traveling all the way to Tomball just to see a doctor i trust.October 04, 2017by Megan Behlmer
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I liked Dr.Alvarez very much , but it was simply almost impossible to get an appointment with him. . When I called to get an appointment, nine times out of 10 I would get a recording which said, " we are sorry we can't take your call, but please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours" That never happened! I regretted not having Dr Alvarez as my doctor. but I could not get an appointment with him.March 23, 2017by Carolyn Calderon
