  I waited an hour and 20 minutes to see the doc. After I saw the doc she quoted me a price of $73 for a service. I agreed and they proceeded. I just got the bill and it's for $133.

  I was expecting to be a few mins late because of all the flooding in the streets from Hurricane Harvery so I called way ahead my appointment to notify them, they told me no problem at all get here when you can and that was the end of the call. When I arrived there exactly 10 minutes late I filled out all the paperwork work and sat down next thing I know I'm waiting for 30 mins and people are being called by the nurses and I'm just sitting there. So I went up to the front desk and asked how long do I still have to wait and she said you're file is right there with the nurse they should call you soon I said great, no problem. Mind you I had something going on that was extremely painful. So I keep waiting and the 30 minutes becomes an hour wait, and they are just calling EVERYONE to the back including the people that came in way after me by that time I was extremely frustrated. So I went up to the front again and asked what's going I have been waiting for a long time she said that the person you called and spoke to here should have told you that we will have to see everyone that came after you first because you were late I told her no one told me that and I was only late for 10 mins that's not fair. I sat back down and after waiting 1 hour and 22 minutes to be exact I went up to the front again and told her I was done waiting that is ridiculous when am I going to see the doctor I'm in a lot of pain. She assured me I was next. I waited another 10 mins until I got inside with the nurse, she took me to the room and I had to wait almost another 10 mins to see the doctor. So total 1hr and 42 mins wait till I saw the doctor. I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. Not to mention when I left the doctor said we will give you antibiotic SAMPLES so you don't have to get them from the pharmacy, so when I went to check out the receptionist charged me $50 for 9 pills mind you the bottle clearly states NOT for sale but I wanted to get out asap
