- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I do like Dr. Files as a doctor she has good bedside manner and is knowledgeable. But the office staff and management is HORRIBLE. They are always over booked. You wait 30 minutes in the waiting area and then another 20 to 30 minutes once your in the exam room. They never bill my insurance company they always send a bill to my house then I have to turn around and call my insurance myself and give them the claim number...same goes with the lab bills once when I was pregnant they sent me an 800 dollar bill...I told them that I had insurance why do they never send the claim to them. Not only that.. half way during my pregnancy they told me to find another provider because they weren't getting paid by my insurance company..Come to find out it was error that could have been solved before my first OB appt....to make a long story short I ended up calling my insurance company myself and fixed it myself If I hadnt been 5 months along during my pregnancy I would have found another doctor..They also do not call you back in a timely manner if you have a question it makes you want to call during non office hours even if it is not an emergency to get a call back within 24 hours.
