- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As stated in other reviews, Dr. Sra is good, but her front office staff leaves something to be desired. They are extremely rude. My daughters have been going here for a few years now. We almost always pay for additional services along with our co-pay or they have billed us in the past for services rendered. During our last visit, they insisted that we pay for the office services. I didn't have the cash after my $70 co-pay, and offered to come back the next day (payday) and pay in full. The lady was rude, loud and embarrassing, speaking so that everyone in the lobby could hear what was going on. Very unprofessional. Like I said, the doctor my girls see is good, but be prepared for what you will deal with when it comes to the staff.October 24, 2017by Andrea Carrerow
